HTA Face to Face Conferences
It is important that HTA stays compliant with distance learning regulations in regards to student work samples and assignment sheets as well as Board of Education and Charter School Review Panel requirements.
Q4 Face-2-Face Conferences
The fourth quarter/last semester is coming to a close in a few weeks. There are a few housekeeping items we all need to keep in mind as we finish the school year:
- Please go to www.MyHTA.org to schedule your end of the year Face-2-Face with your homeroom teacher.
- Please review the work samples needed for submission during your Face-2-Face and make sure students are completing these samples prior to the Face-2-Face.
- Progress expectations for K-8 are located on the HTA Google calendar. Please be sure to make sure your student progress is on target.
- Work submission for High School students should be up-to-date. Please review all work submission requirements with your students and homeroom teacher.
- PE Logs should be completed prior to your Face-2-Face.

Instructions:
1. On the home page, a list of teachers is present. The learning coach will click on the name of the teacher for which he/she
would like to reserve a schedule.
2. The next page will show them the teacher’s name and a list of vertical “tabs” containing the schedules available.
3. By clicking on each vertical tab, it will expand to reveal the actual schedule available. If a block is reserved, it will not be visible
to them.
4. They will have three options when submitting:
*Pressing the “Submit” button is only allowed for a new reservation. If they have already sent in a reservation and try to resubmit an update using the “Submit” button, it will tell them to use the “Update” button.
*Pressing the “Update” button will update their reserved schedule block to another available block. The only required field to use the “Update” button is an email address and an available block schedule.
*Pressing the “Clear Form” button will clear all of the fields in their form
